Account deletion

How to request deletion of your travelspoon account and data.

Delete in the app

  1. Open travelspoon and sign in.
  2. Open Settings and choose Delete account.
  3. Complete Google reauthentication when prompted.
  4. The app signs you out after the server confirms deletion.

If you cannot access the app

Email us to request account deletion. Include the email address used for the account and your request so we can verify ownership. Never send a password or verification code.

Email an account deletion request

Content already delivered to other users, records needed for legal, security, or dispute purposes, and ordinary backup copies may not be deleted immediately as described in the Privacy Policy.
